Jamie Dismuke
Sanford, NCA Paramedic for more than twenty years, Jamie found triathlon as a way through the stress of the job after the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. A former lifeguard and competitive swimmer, she went from her first sprint to a full IRONMAN, won the Take on the Heat triathlon in 2022 and now coaches triathletes. Next up: IRONMAN 70.3 Puerto Rico, the race where she and her husband's story began.
